This policy explains what EdefexArts collects and why. I collect only what is needed to run commissions, the shop and your account.

What I collect

• Account: your email, display name and avatar from Google or Discord (or your email if you use a login link). For Discord logins, your Discord user ID.
• Commissions: your brief, reference images and links, messages, and order history.
• Age confirmation: for 18+ orders, only the fact that you confirmed you are 18+ and when. Your birth date is not stored.
• Purchases: order details from Lemon Squeezy (product, amount, email, receipt link).
• Waitlist: your email, to tell you when commissions reopen.

Who processes it

• Supabase: database, file storage and login.
• Stripe: commission payments and tips. Card details go directly to Stripe.
• Lemon Squeezy: shop checkout, tax and file delivery.
• Hostinger: website hosting and email.

What I don't do

No advertising trackers, no selling your data, no newsletters you didn't ask for.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time. To delete your account and data, email hello@edefexarts.com. I keep payment records as required for tax.
