Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including refunds for products with a major fault.

Commissions

See section 4 of the commission terms: full refund before work starts; after that, the deposit covers work done.

Digital shop

Shop products are digital downloads sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Because files are delivered instantly, change-of-mind refunds generally aren't offered. If a file is broken, incomplete, or not as described, contact me within 30 days and I'll fix it or refund you.

Tips

Tips are voluntary gifts and aren't refundable, unless made by mistake. Contact me within 7 days.
